"Food is the comfort, taste and smell of your favorite memories. I`m on a mission to recreate those memories for you!” I`ve always had a passion for baking, but when my sister and grandfather were diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2012, I knew I needed to do something to help them. Every Sunday our kitchen was a shrine to bagels; as everything bagels with whitefish salad was my JAM! I felt obligated to get to work on recreating our favorite food for my family who couldn`t find a comparable bagel.
